I have been practising yoga for 19 years and it has been one of the most transformative parts of my life. My journey into teaching began during my own recovery from severe anxiety. Training to become a yoga teacher gave me the tools to reconnect with myself, calm my nervous system and get out of my head! Yoga became - and remains - a grounding practice that supports my mental health and guides me back to the present moment.
In my classes, I offer slow, mindful movement designed to be accessible to every body, wherever you are on your journey. My approach encourages self-exploration and acceptance, while supporting you to move safely and intuitively within your own range. Through breathwork and movement, we work to build strength, nurture emotional resilience, and balance the nervous system.
My aim is to create a welcoming space where yoga feels supportive, inclusive and grounding - where you can connect more deeply with yourself and nurture your wellbeing.

Step out of the morning rush and into a gentle hour just for you. This slow, nourishing yoga class is designed to help you transition from chaos to calm-moving mindfully, exploring breath, and reconnecting with your body.
Whether you're seeking a moment of stillness, space to stretch, or a chance to simply breathe, Tuesday Tranquility offers the perfect reset. Think of it as self-care that carries you through the rest of your week with more ease, balance, and clarity.

Your Midweek Refresh
Take a mid-week pause just for you. This slow-paced class is designed to help you lengthen the spine, calm the nervous system and gently reset after the busyness of the week.
Suitable for all levels of experience, we'll move mindfully through forms that improve mobility, build strength and release tension, leaving you grounded and refreshed.
